The Institute of Management Accounting and Financial Management is positioned as a think tank through its integration of theoretical study, Chinese practice and policy support. It’s dedicated to the teaching and research of management accounting and financial management and providing of theoretical support for the formulation of relevant policies and regulations from an international perspective.

Its recent achievements include: 1 national research projects, 7 provincial／ministerial research projects; over 30 papers published in key domestic academic journals and 1 paper published in "Journal of Business Ethics"; 4 cases selected in the Chinese professional degree Teaching Case Library. 1 member of the institute was chosen for the “National Accounting Leading Talents Training Project”.
