In 2005, Ministry of Finance launched the Accounting Leading Talents Training Project,aiming to cultivate a group of interdisciplinary high-quality accounting talents with international vision and strategic thinking. Being the only authorized training base for senior accounting professionals from public sector and academic accounting scholars selected from contests under Accounting Leading Talents Training Project, XNAI has formed a set of systematic selection system and excellent training mechanism under the guidance of 3H principle--“high starting point, high standard and high quality”. Up to now, XNAI has successfully held 12 sessions of National Accouting Leading Talents training projects. 444 personnel have been selected and trained under this project. Besides National Accounting Leading Talents Training Project, XNAI also carries out similar training courses for provincial and industrial level accountant talents in 23 provinces including Fujian, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi, Shandong, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Hebei, Hangzhou etc.. Up to now, 1683 people have took part in the training.
